Parent accounts are created using a birth year as a PIN. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. Child profiles are created under parent accounts and do not require separate credentials.
4. Data Storage
All user data, including progress and profiles, is stored locally on your device. We do not store personal data on external servers unless you provide explicit consent (such as email for feedback purposes).
5. Content and Intellectual Property
All content within Akka Pakka, including but not limited to text, graphics, audio, and educational materials, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use Akka Pakka for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the application, or to interfere with the proper working of the application.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Akka Pakka is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the application will be error-free or uninterrupted.
